Jorge Russo dos Santos

Jorge is a Portugal-born localization consultant with over 20 years of experience shaping global content strategies at top tech companies. He started at Microsoft in Ireland, localizing the first server OS into European Portuguese, and later joined the Seattle team, contributing to Windows Server and Cloud & Enterprise. He’s held key roles at Cisco, Workday, Meta, Amazon, and Block, managing localization across platforms and formats.
A certified PMP, Jorge is passionate about breaking language barriers in tech. As a consultant and co-creator of DirectGC™, he helps organizations modernize globalization workflows through semantic design, cultural insight, and AI-driven orchestration.
Agustín Da Fieno Delucchi
Localization Strategist, AI Practitioner & Global Content Architect
Agustín is a Peruvian-born localization and AI leader with over 27 years at Microsoft, where he currently serves as Director of Globalization AI and Data Science. His journey in the industry began in Ireland, localizing early Microsoft server technologies, and evolved into a deep focus on data science, content intelligence, and AI-driven transformation. Since 2006, he has been based in the Seattle area. Now, as an industry consultant, he is leading groundbreaking initiatives at the intersection of globalization, applied science, and product innovation. A co-pioneer of DirectGC™, he is redefining how global content is created—prioritizing semantic precision, cultural resonance, and intelligent orchestration across markets.
